crack in motar

Hi,

I have drilled 4 holes into an interior but load bearing wall in the garage, two of which were just above the motar level. In doing so it has created a very thin crack along the motar below the breeze block and step down to the next one. Is this anything to be concerned about? Also, how would I go about repairing this.
