cracked offside frame under seat near seatbelt

could you tell me how i am going to remove my drivers seat to get at crack in frame under neath by seat belt of my Peugeot 306 1.4

Remove the four bolts or nuts from the tracks that your seat runs on,two each side.you will have to slide the seat backwards/forwards to access them.
