This pipe has cracked and was leaking at one point (though this was when we had a blockage, seems ok now). Is it possible to repair or should I replace? Any advice is appreciated.

If you are very patient you could cut the elbow off without touching the pipe inside and then sandpaper the pipe ready for a new elbow.
There may be a way to un-weld the glue ?

What if I'm not patient enough, what are my options then?

It's all solvent weld by the looks of it. Difficult one to replace in such a short run without replacing some of the section through the wall.

There are some that suggest the fitting can be heated or cut off the pipe, tried it a few times with little success, would only see it working if the joint hadn't been made properly and the ABS hadn't 'welded' together.
