I have a problem with my upstairs floor (22mm weyroc floor boards).
I will be sitting downstairs with no-one upstairs but will regularly hear a loud cracking noise coming from the floor (it appears to come from different places).
I have had the entire floor replaced several months ago, but it has not solved the problem. I thought it might be caused by the central heating/ hot water pipes contracting and expanding, but I have not had the heating on for the last two weeks – but problem continues.
