Cracks in wall - structural?

Hi,
I live in the South of Spain where the summer temperatures can be between 40-45 degrees. I have cracks in several upstairs bedrooms and I have been told by two local builders thats its because of the heat. However I am worried its structural. Any input appreciated and suggested remedies! Thanks

Looks like plaster dried too quickly.
Happens a lot in hot countries.
Fill with flexible caulk and touch paint up.
For a more permanent solution, score the crack with a sharp screwdriver and then fill with flexible toupret filler.
