Hi everyone, I have started to decorate the exterior of my house and I noticed the exterior gloss paint has crazed on the window sills and masonary stone work around front door. On the larger flat areas such as the window sills I used the blow torch to strip back to the masonary. I have now come to the areas around the windows (upvc) and I would like to know if sanding back hard next to the windows will suffice. I am reluctant to use heat near the windows for obvious reasons unless i have no other option.
I plan to use a stabilising solution and then perhaps something like Stonelux.

Any advice will be most appreciated.

Thank you
