It appears to be a 3400w model, you cannot just plug it in as it will draw in excess of 14A. It needs to be on its own 15A or 16A radial circuit. Also plugging it into a 24/7 socket would mean it wouldn't just work on cheaper offpeak leccy which is what storage heaters are designed for.
