Creda tumble sometimes doesn't

Hi All, a question from a mate, they have a Creda 'Advance' tumble dryer model 37762E, it works fine except when with a heavier load, the drum does not turn and there is a buzzing noise from around the motor area. Not been opened yet as this needs to be working for the fault to occur.

Any ideas please?

Try a new capacitor on the motor.
