I'm not ready for clue yet, but on immediate reading it looks like an anagram of 'butt plug' for a synonym of 'agreeable', but with a double 't' and two 'u's' and no other vowels, that's unlikely.
So it's some other arrangement, such as another word for agreeable, perhaps four letters, combined with butt, for a plug, or combined with plug, for a butt.
Logic would dictate a four letter word for agreeable combined with butt, or a synonym for butt, to yield a word for plug.
 
No anagrammery. not even Ttug Blup.

The late butt not lamented Captain Enemas would doubtless complain about the logic. That's not a clue, really!
