The living room in my new house has a fully glazed rear door with another window immediately adjoining it. There is a radiator below that window and the window is somewhat wider than the door.

At the moment there are heavy curtains along the length of that wall, but they cover the radiator too. I don't want things like vertical blinds, but can anybody suggest an attractive way to have curtains that don't cover the radiator ?

In essence, what is needed are L shaped curtains. The long one over the door and a half length one over the window, but I fear that such an arrangement would look rather odd. Somebody must have devised a clever solution to an arrangement like this. Any suggestions ?
