Curtain Pole Holder - What is this and where can I get it?

I need to put up a curtain pole - but I'm missing one of these attachments which screws into the wall.

Any idea what it is called and where I can get one - I can't find one on eBay but I'm probably searching for the wrong thing!

To be fair you probably won't get a direct replacement but you can just replace the whole set.
