hi there
i have three questions, can you still buy a curved radiator to fit a curved bay window, if not is it possible to weld the hole that has appeared in the rad,
or how do you go about replacing the rad
help please
Ivan

1) Yes you can still by curved rads try a quick search
www.designer-warmth.co.uk

2) Rads can be reapired but it depends on the material that they are made from and the extent of the damage.

3) As a last resort I've seen decent replacements using multiple small rads joined in series - doesn't work too well on a curved bay but looks reasonable in angular bays.

I noticed somewhere a year or so ago which still "rolls" rads to a curve, Kingston on Thames in Surrey. Must exist elsewhere.

The bending of radiators is not recommended. it invaliates the manfs warrenty and severly shortends the life expectancy of the rad. Multiple rads in series is the way to go.
