Need to affix some cushion floor vinyl to a chipboard floor. Was thinking of undiluted PVA adhesive or the epoxy glue that comes in an aerosol. Any other suggestions gratefully received.

Any reason why it has to be stuck? Normal recommendations is to loose lay.
If you must stick it, you need to use an adhesive designed for vinyl flooring, most will melt the vinyl.
An alternative would be a tackifier like F-Ball F41
