Cutting Ceramic floor tiles

Im looking for the easiest way and which tool to use to cut out the shape of a toilet bowl from a ceramic floor tile.
 
Why not do it properly. Remove the toilet. Lay tiles and refit toilet. Due to the latitude allowed in the fittings, you probably won't even have to make any alterations in the plumbing when putting it back.
