im running shower pipes up a already tiled wall i have replacement tiles to match. whats the best way to get a one row vertical line of tiles off with out breaking the other tiles and without using a angle grinder(havent got one)? thank you
Scrape out what grout you can, with a V shaped tile scribe, or even a stanley knife, or a sharp masonry nail or whatever.
Use a centre punch, ideally, in the middle of each tile. A hammer would probably do. Then I'd use a drill to make a hole for the first incision, and an old wood chisel or similar to lever the bits off.
