cutting into boiler return heating pipe and cold supply help needed asap
i have a bathroom which someone has concreted over all the pipe work and its leaking.the bathroom is downstairs next to boiler cuboard and kitchen other side.how do i cut the pipes out and re do?
do i switch combi off and stop cock,cut return hot and cold supply which goes into the floor and re route it above ground? do i have to drain the boiler somehow? do i need inhibbitor afterwards etc?

You don't say what pipes are leaking, is it heating or hot and cold.

I would contact your insurance and see if you are covered.

If the pipe has corroded, you can be certain that the rest is paper thin, replacing the lot is the only real option.
