Cutting Limestone Tiles

Hi,

I'm laying a floor with 40x60x1 limestone tiles. I've got a wet cutter which works (slowly), but have a load of straight edges which would be a lot quicker and easier with a manual cutter. Is it possible to cut thin limestone with a manual cutter?
