D500 to Laptop

having transfered a video from phone to laptop, my windows media player does not support it? so i can't watch it, and am at a loss at what to do, anyone with a dummys guide ? thanks.

Think that this phone records in .3gp format.

In which case you can use Apple's QuickTime to play them. Remember to uncheck all the subscriptions before download.
