Damage to imprinted concrete drive

My imprinted concrete drive has suffered badly over the cold winter. It has developed holes about the size of a 50p coin and about 5 mm deep spread over a smallish area. The top colour has lifted and looks awful I take this to be frost damage and I am wondering if it can be repaired easily. What will I use, concrete or epoxy resin ?
