Removing tiling from a bathroom I have in some areas got careless with the scraper and taken some small areas of paper off the internal stud wall. I haven't gone to the plaster but where I've damaged it I'll need to smooth it before I can paint. I'll seal it with Gardz but what is the best compound to use to finish it before painting ?

I sort of prefer slow drying but this is in a bathroom so I'm not sure that's appropriate.

Can anyone recommend the best make / product to finish it with, like I said it's light paper damage which I just need to skim over.

Thanks.

I like one strike filler from toolstation, comes up smooth and easy to sand if needed. No doubt others will recommend their go to filler.
