Damaged PVC top opener

I have a top opener which opens and closes normally, but when it is in the closed position the top section is pushed forward and so it is not sealed properly.

It locks, but the window is still very open.

I have a pic if needed.

Any idea on how to reapir ?

Sounds like needs the hinges replaced, a pic would confirm

Any idea how much new hinges are and could i do it myself ? Whats involved.

Yes i can see ican buy them from places, but just not sure how to change them.

had a quote for £30 per window, so i think this is a good price and will go with this.
