hi ,i have some black marks appearing in my bedroom on my internal wall ,there is some white fluffy mould aswell?
i have wiped it away once about 2 months ago repainted the area and it has come back.there was a tv ariel drilled through the wall at a lower point but i did mastic up the hole.
i do have some rising damp as well in my hallway (non external wall) also some slight marking s in my bay window area.
it is 1913 ish house so solid 9" brick walls .i did see some plugged up holes behind the skirting i replaced so it might have had some sort of dpc ?not sure how?
anyway could any one advise me on a solution and possibly a cause
