Hi all, around both my windows on the front of the house I am getting a lot of damp. Windows were only fitted maybe 2 years ago. From the outside there is a small plastic strip at the top that butts up to a piece of wood that looks a little shaky. Should there not be a plastic soffit or cloaking or something covering all the outside top up? Pictures attached.
