Damp/Condensation at the corner of ground floor room

Hello,
Please see attached image.

Recently I've start to see damp/condensation in the corner of ground floor living room. It's around 100 yrs old house. Walls are brick walls. It doesn't seem to be anything obvious from outside though. Touching walls around damp area seem to be wet a bit.

There is no bathroom in that corner and there is no damp on the first floor above this room. There is no down pipe on that side either.

How to fix this?

What about leaky gutter?

Can you take an outside pic too please.
