I have removed the carpet from this room and the edge of the floorboards that meets concrete floor (old terracotta tiles under the lino) has signs of water.
I went outside and the wall doesn't look very healthy.
Could this be were the surface water is entering the building and then flowing through the concrete floor.
What should be a fix? Could repointing the wall and filling holes in the floor be the answer?
