I have found damp boards under my bathroom, I believe I have now traced the leak and stopped it.
However on the boards I have white loose power like substance I have attached photo should this give me concern, or should I treat it with something.

Not a builder but I suspect it may be a bit of damp mould. If you have cured the leak use a vacuum cleaner with a upholstery brush on the end of the pipe to remove this. Allow plenty of air circulation to help dry out any remaining dampness and check condition in a week or two. Boards may look stained but as it's underneath I wouldn't worry about appearance.

as above in that its White Spot mould and its harmless - no need to do anything.
