Damp in loft despite breathable membrane (Ed.)

I'm seriously wondering if I have the same membrane. I can't tell but I know it has the blue ontop. I've had nothing but problems since a new roof. Installing tile vents has helped a bit but I think they are installed far too low for the dry ridge to work properly and so the guys are reluctantly coming to re-install higher up (it was a big thing). They don't think it will do anything. Otherwise we all think that it's the membrane that is causing the problem but they mentioned they use this one and have not had any problems so there is something funky about my house it seems. I'd seen this thread before so coming back to it as they said they could re-roof with a membrane of my preference if I want so I've marked the suggestions!!
