Hi everyone please help if you can.........?

I live in an upstairs flat with a cupboard which has 3 outside walls. On one of the walls i have a problem with damp. It starts in the left hand side corner and spreading down and across the wall. There is no windows or vents in this cupboard and have tried several "Mould Cleaners" available from DIY stores etc.

They work for a week or so then returns, I keep the door open permentally to allow the air to circulate and bought cheap de humidifiers to collect water. I was advised to put an oil radiator in the cupboard but found the problem worse.

I have two children under 2 years old and worry that this could cause problems to their breathing in time.

Any help or advice would be a major help

THANKS :)

1. What do you mean by a "cupboard"? Do you mean a fitted run of wardrobes? Can you move the cupboard?

2. Damp is very bad for children's health, perhaps move them to another room until this is sorted?
Provide heat in the room and ventilation.

3. You would be well advised to post pics of the room/cupboard and pics of the exterior.

4. Do you have any other form of heating in the room/flat?

5. Research on here about damp and condensation.
