Any Idea please roughly how much getting some damp sorted in my lounge would cost me I am only looking for a ball park figure as I know it depends on how bad it is its been painted with that white stuff and plastered + painted but its come through again so it must be worse than first thought. Someone who works for me said that if I put a bag of charcoal next to wall where damp is it supposed to dry it out any truth in this old wives tale. Grateful for any help. Thanks Elizabeth

Re: the damp. Not enough info in your question. Where is the moisture coming through? Floor? Wall? Ceiling? Interior Wall? Exterior wall? What's on the other side? What colour's your bra? etc etc
