Hi,
So this problem has been there since we moved in, a few years ago, and one of things I've just not got around to.
It's Damp on three walls at the bottom in the lounge, these are internal walls, brick built.
it's worst either side of the chimney which has a back boiler fitted in the lounge. but there is also some on the other side of the door, i'll take some pictures shortly
The damp is not mouldy at all, it just looks wet and feels a bit moist to the touch.
Not really sure if anything is actually leaking as its not really changed or very very slow if it is.
Just looking for some advice on what the cause is likely to be, is it more likely to pipes or the boiler or coming from somewhere else. and what would you do about it.
