Damp/wet spot on loft board

Hi

Wonder if you anyone can help. Just been into my loft which is well insulated and notice a wet/damp spot on one of my boards.

The roof seems fine and also have a membrane across joists ( which look good as well)

The only thing I can think of is that we dry clothes using a dehumidifier in the room below it.

Would appreciate any advice

It looks more like a localised leak.
 
I did think of that but where could the leak from from. The pipes just above it are the central heating ones and dry to touch.

Just at the bottom of the picture is some carpet underlay which feels wet along bottom but dry on top.

I’ll pull the board up and have a look
