I want to lay new ceramic floor tiles over existing quarries. The old tiles look pretty dry to me but there isn`t a damproof membrane beneath them.
Is there a product that I can paint on before laying the new tiles just to ensure the new floor isn`t damp? I don't want to excavate the old floor.
