Danfoss CP715 - Why?

Could anyone please explain to me why you wouldn't want, or can't have hot water and heating programmed to come on at separate times?

This is in relation to a Danfoss CP715 programmer I have come across where of course you can't have separate programmed times for the heating and hot water although you can manually select them to come on separately.

If your system is plumbed as gravity HW then you will only be able to have HW on its own or CH & HW together you cant have CH on its own

CP715 has common timebase for CH and HW, FP715 gives you independent timing facility, if your system allows that is
