Hi All

Our controller has done a couple of strange things ( 1 being - despite in programme , boiler not firing up )

But the weekend just stoop again , but both top red light continuously on and the screen blank.

While waiting a reply to recent heating engineer guy we found before Xmas. I managed to see a used controller on ebsy up that night, so a £20 gamble to try to get us out of a hole atleast for a short while.

Fitted the used controller this afternoon but the boiler won’t fire up, the controller is working as it should I recon.

Any thoughts

post a pic of the screen on the programmer and the control facia of the boiler, you might find it surprising but not all boilers are the same

We did have the Danfoss 3 port swapped over on the Friday . A Honeywell one

Everything working fine Friday night, all Saturday and most of Sunday.

You could try joining the wires together in the same terminal see if that changes anything, if it does you’ve found your fault, if it doesn’t, the you’re looking towards the 3 port.

Our heating engineer guy has popped in this afternoon.

The used clock purchased doesn’t fully .He checked some wiring and some power was passing through.

So a new clock programmer it is, So any recommendations? Nothing fancy for our set up .. just on / off , 7 days a week

Why not another Danfoss FP715 as you will be conversant with its operation
