Danfoss Programmer SET2E problem

Hi all,

i'm trying to swap over a Randall SET2 with a SET2E but cant get it to come on.

My existing configuration below is how it was when I moved into the house, and I have a feeling its maybe not orthodox but thought these sets would be a like-for-like so would work:

Cable 1: Blue to N, Yellow to 1, Red to 5
Cable 2: Black to N, Red to L
Loop: L to 2 and 2 to 5

I've swapped the old terminal block with the new one. If I place the old box on it comes on and does what I expect but when I place the new box on nothing happens i.e. LED doesnt light, etc..

Im reluctant to follow the guide as im not 100% confident where the cables lead to on the boiler are where they should be...from what I gathered from previous posts.

Any ideas apart from the new box is faulty....?

Even any suggestions how i could test the box alone to elimate it as the problem?

Update: school boy error - there is a reset button under the slider that needs to be pressed when you hook up the programmer. All working now!
