Hi look at swapping out a Danfoss RMT230 with a RET2000M room thermostat. The M version for fixed 230v wiring.

I have a wiring diagram included but is someone kind enough to explain which wires go where.

Thanks

RMT230 terminals 1 & 3 are RET2000M 1 & 2 respectively.

However, you need a 230V Live and Neutral for the RET2000M to work.

IF RMT230 terminal 1 is at 230V then you can link to RET2000M terminal 'L' but if you don't have a Neutral available then it still will not work.

N.B. Neutral means a separate wire connected to the supply Neutral.
It is NOT a generic term for any Black or Blue wire.

Thank you EFLImpudence your help is much appreciated.
