De Dietrich oven DOP350XE11

I have De Dietrich oven DOP350XE11. After using its high temperature cleaning setting none of the oven functions work ie grill, fan oven, convection oven or even the light. The cooling fan works and the control panel lights up and goes through the motions, flashing temperature etc.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is new? have you used this function before?

The oven is quite a few years old and I've used the cleaning function dozens of times with no problem. It may just be coincidental that it happened after using it the last time.

Has the cooking been taking longer gradually or having to turn the temp up higher to get same results in the same time.

Possibly the self cleaning mode heats all the elements in turn at there highest temp and it has either tripped a safety device/thermostat preventing any elements switching on or the elements themselves have failed but unlikely as neither grill or oven working.

Maybe reset by powering off for 20 mins or so and trying oven/grill again! Before proceeding with troubleshooting.
