De scaling radiators

Is it worth removing an individual radiator and descaling it like you would a kettle and if so what products to use , as i have 2 rads that are not as hot as the others , thanks

radiators don't get scale, they get sludge.

If you are taking it off, turn it upside down and carry it outside, squirt it through with a hose and tell us what comes out.
