Decking lights in outdoor socket?

I have an IP66 outdoor socket which is RCD protected. Is there any way of being able to plug decking lights into this socket safely? Or does it need to be plugged in inside the house?

They should be OK, from the Q+A: The instructions state that the Transformer should be contained in a weatherproof enclosure.
