Decreased Pressure and Temperature on show

Hi

I have a mixer show which feeds straight from the boiler. The boiler is a Valliant and is about 5 years old. The shower has recently decreased in pressure and temperature. I've taken the front off the shower handle and moved the temperature regulator to its highest level. The temperature is still not as hot as it used to be however.

The temperature and pressure on the bathroom sink and kitchen sink is fine.

The pressure gauge on the boiler is in the grey but towards the bottom.

Can anyone help please?
