I cannot find info on demolition past notifying them if its bigger than 50m3 and it is not. It's at the back goes up three storeys of dwelling flats (ground first and second) and we are told no longer needed as fire escape as we are compliant. I don't want to go to planning/controls if not necessary but cannot find rules for demolition. We are not rebuilding. Can anybody help
