Dent in door

How can I push out a dent on my door? I have removed the trim from the door, but I cannot get to the dent because it has a bar infront of it.

What you could try is a small trailer inner tube and stuffing it into position and gingerly inflate the tube, you may have to protect it against anything that may be sharp though.
