Hi guys, I think my toilet is heavily scaled, but not the outlet, ie, waste to soil pipe, but the inlet side, from the cistern into the bowl. When it flushes, the water isn't flowing properly from under the rim, and as such, doesn't flush at all efficiently! I realise that any cleaning liquid is only momentarily going to come into contact with any offending limescale, but can anyone recommend a substance/method of cleaning the scale? Thanks.

First try unblocking the holes under the rim with a metal coat hanger then apply Kilrock gel. Kilrock gel is a small bottle with the brush attached to the lid.
