It has been suggested that my combi problem, inability to run a hot bath other than at a very slow rate is most likely to the hardness of the local water. Recommended attempt as cure is to fit an Aquadial Combicare scale reducer and a new thermistor. From that i presume that the water affects the thermistor, but am curious to know if an iffy thermistor would influence the DHW in the way now suffered and how else.
