Diamond cutter

Hi, I have bought a new Fermer diamond water tile cutter from screwfix in order to cut 42 cuts. I have taken a day off work to complete this job and cannot even assemble the cutter! Has anyone else got this cutter and can they help me please?

Has it not arrived with any assembly instructions ?
If not maybe you could try the companies Website for an online or downloadable version.
