Differential Pressure Valve

My CH system has TRVs with a fixed (ie gatevalve) bypass loop. I am looking to fit an automatic bypass valve and have been checking what Screwfix have to offer. Sure enough, they sell a suitable valve for £24.99. However, they also sell something called a "Differential pressure valve" for £14.99 which claims to perform the same basic task.

So, what is the extra 10 quid for. Is one of them just higher quality, or is there some technical difference between an auotmatic bypass valve and a differential pressure valve.
