Diluted paint what %

I've just had a few rooms plastered (Board & Scim)
And am ready to paint, but what is the correct dilution for paint on new plaster
And how many coats

Depends on paint, if it's cheapo stuff will need less dilution may be 20% water.
If expensive and thick about 50%
Well when I say cheapo/expensive, it's the quality of the paint I am referring to, not what you spent on it.
One coat should do, it may not look enough but should be ready for the real deal!
