Dimmer switch not good

Scared of burning down the house- trying to fit dimmer switch with two switches -one feed cable two light cables, nothing to copy, have not got a clue what is meant by gangs or other technical terms does anybody feel up to the challenge of explaing to me what to do ? only got two fuses left from a pack of five

a prediction:

connect all blacks together in a terminal block

connect feed red/brown into both COMs using a link wire

connect the other 2 red/browns into the L1s

all three cables have brown blue and earth no other colours?
where do blues go?
