Does anyone have switches installed on a scene system, i.e Wise controls, GET etc. Just looking into having it installed and just wondered if you think its worth the extra exspense and if anyone has any advice at all?

I've got the GET one installed at home , and I really like it.

It certainly isn't cheap stuff, but for one room, it shouldn't be too bad.

Cheers mate, can the GET stuff do scene settings, or just simply on off by r/c? I was going to go for the GET stuff first, then it was suggested to look into the WISE systems that have scene controls also. All this stuff isnt cheap, as Im finding out!

It can be used for either.

I presume you have seen what the controller looks like?

The buttons 1 - 4 along the top can be used to either switch individual groups of lights on like a normal four gang switch, and then use the up and down buttons to dim them, or you can program it so each button brings on a preset scene. (You have to choose which mode and then stick with it)

I think you end up paying a bit of a premium for this stuff because it is wireless, which certainly was not a requiement for me, but I couldn't find an equivalent product which was hard wired.
