Dimplex unvented direct water heater

Hi sorry if this has been asked before I have tried to search and found nothing that matches my situation

I've got a Dimplex unvented direct water heater

The water is heated via 2 immersion heaters

The bottom one has gone and needs replacing I have got the direct replacement.

What I'm unsure about is do I need to be g3 qualified to replace the immersion heater. All I'm doing is draining down the system unscrew the element put the new one in and refill the system

You need to be G3 qualified as the immersion heater is a safety critical part.

Hi thanks for your reply I will get a plumber to swap out the immersion heater
